Reston, VA — July 2011 — As a subcontractor to Vets America, STG, Inc. (STG) has recently been tasked to provide Tier I and Tier II Public Key Infratructure (PKI) help desk support for all of the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). Looking for a partner whom they could trust, VA knew STG would provide a flexible solution.
STG, who established the initial PKI help desk at VA, implemented a four-phased approach that satisfied the customers’ needs and enabled our team to take over this task. This 5-year contract is worth $3.4 million to STG.
