Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance
Using State-of-the-Art Tools to Develop Complex Systems

Complex computer and communications systems are not just about the technology — the engineering skills behind them are every bit as important. Our experts use state-of-the-art automated tools to design, develop and build complex systems. Our work runs the gamut. STG develops system and subsystem specifications, tests specifications and procedures and integrates logistics support strategies and user documentation. STG also performs in-depth technology assessments, conducts performance and technology trade-off studies, develops computer functional and performance models and designs computer simulations to validate system designs.

Because applied engineering is so multidisciplinary, our team is comprised of experts in a variety of essential disciplines, including electronics; communications; computer, satellite and mechanical engineering; modeling and simulation; logistics; operations and maintenance; and test and evaluation.

To support testing and evaluation of complex systems, we develop computer-based scenarios that drive systems, subsystems and components under investigation. All testing is directly related to the functional and performance requirements of the system being evaluated. Our team plans, prepares and conducts factory acceptance, environmental, operational and field site tests.

Systems engineering and integration technical assistance STG's engineers, technicians and analysts are experienced in RF testing, hardware fabrication and prototype development. We have conducted technology assessments, trade-off studies, proof-of-concept studies and characterization of communications equipment for Government customers.
