Bob Phoebus is responsible for the operation and oversight of STG's Defense Sector, which provides performance-based support for warfighter systems and IT operations for the Department of Defense (DoD), including enterprise network and server operations, cyber defense, weapons systems development, software and application development, enterprise architecture, Web design, business process reengineering, test and evaluation support, systems engineering and integration, enterprise help desk operations, and financial management.

Before joining STG, Mr. Phoebus served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Federal Resources Corporation (FRC), where he was responsible for profit and loss management, program execution, and business development for DoD programs. Mr. Phoebus has also provided leadership and management at Nortel Government Solutions, SAIC, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS), supporting international business development, small businesses, and pre-venture capital start-up stage companies in the Asia/Pacific region and Federal Government markets.

Mr. Phoebus has a proven record of developing winning strategies that has led to more than $4B in contract awards. He has more than 30 years of industry experience that spans leadership positions in operations, product development, business development, project management, and consulting.

Mr. Phoebus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Park University and served a distinguished 10-year career with the U.S. Marine Corps.
