President

As President, Mr. Fernandes is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, improving efficiencies and driving new business across the company. Mr. Fernandes will leverage STG's existing contract vehicles while selectively pursing new opportunities to lead the company's growth towards $1 billion. Using a customer-focused, performance-based approach, he believes in using STG's strengths to optimize performance and successfully graduate to the next level.

Mr. Fernandes previously served as STG's Senior Vice President, Defense Sector, and prior to that as Senior Vice President of STG's Civil Agencies Sector. It is this background running both sectors that makes him uniquely qualified as STG's President. Mr. Fernandes came to STG in 2004 with more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions in growth-oriented IT organizations focused on defense and federal agencies. Prior to STG, he served as Senior Vice President for ACS Government Services' civilian unit with full profit-and-loss responsibilities spanning key government agencies, such as the Department of Defense, the U.S. Air Force, Congress, Executive Office of the President, Housing and Urban Development, Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency and others.

Mr. Fernandes has a BS in Management from Bellevue University and served in the U.S. Air Force.
