Chief Financial Officer

As STG’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Rick is responsible for the overall leadership of STG’s financial and accounting activities, including financial planning, reporting and analysis, and the banking and treasury function. In addition, he plays a key role in the company’s mergers and acquisitions initiatives. Rick is a proven result-oriented leader with almost 30 years of industry experience.

Rick previously worked at Apptis as CFO, where he was responsible for all finance and accounting, taxation, treasury, internal audit, government compliance, project control, procurement, facilities and IT activities within the company. Before Apptis, Rick spent 23 years at Unisys, where he held a variety of increasingly responsible financial positions.

Rick holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA from St. Peter’s College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
