Patrick G. Attilio
Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Attilio is responsible for the overall leadership of STG’s financial and accounting activities, including financial planning, reporting and analysis, and the banking and treasury function. In addition, he plays a key role in the company’s mergers and acquisitions initiatives. Mr. Attilio is a proven result-oriented leader with almost 30 years of industry experience.

Mr. Attilio previously worked at Apptis as CFO, where he was responsible for all finance and accounting, taxation, treasury, internal audit, government compliance, project control, procurement, facilities and IT activities within the company. Before Apptis, Mr. Attilio spent 23 years at Unisys, where he held a variety of increasingly responsible financial positions.

Mr. Attilio holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA from St. Peter’s College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
