Mr. Jendzejec is responsible for the operation and oversight of STG's Civil Agencies Sector. The Civil Agencies Sector focuses on providing performance-based support for management information systems and IT operations, providing a variety of federal agencies improved operational efficiencies and reliability of the IT environments they depend upon. Its core competencies include enterprise network, security and server operations; software and application development; enterprise architecture; Web design; business process reengineering; data analysis; test and evaluation support; enterprise help desk operations; linguistics; and financial management.

Before joining STG, Mr. Jendzejec spent more than 24 years at Northrop Grumman, serving as Vice President of several operating units, including the Enterprise Applications and Systems Integration Operating Unit; Mission Support Systems Operating Unit; and, most recently, Commercial State/Local Information Technology Solutions Operating Unit, where he had profit and loss responsibility for the oversight of more than $360 million in annual revenue.

Throughout his 30-year career, Mr. Jendzejec has demonstrated the ability to organize and lead large, geographically dispersed business entities, establish strategic goals, execute plans of action and select key personnel to successfully deliver on customer requirements. His experience also extends into the business development area, where he brings a proven record of success and passion for establishing new business initiatives, building on the organization's organic core strengths and improving future prospects for company growth.

Mr. Jendzejec has an MBA from Monmouth University, a BS in Economics from Alliance College and is a graduate of the Harvard Advanced Management Program.
